Piselli Sugar Snaps

Sugar Snap peas are a cross between a snow pea and a garden pea. They are usually eaten whole and raw, but can also be cooked. They are usually sweeter than mangetouts, juicy, crunchy, and will “snap” when you break them in half. You typically cannot see the peas in a snap pea from the outside of the pod.
